Questions about the BDO report
When is the report due?
By 15 March for the previous calendar year. The product fee is due on the same day.
Do I file a report if my sales were small?
Yes. The obligation does not depend on size, and a missing report can lead to a fine.
What if I did not file reports for previous years?
We help you complete and correct them. It is best to do this before the authority opens proceedings.
Do I need a contract with a recovery organisation?
Not always, but without one you may have to arrange recycling yourself or pay the product fee. We will advise on the cheapest option.
